I can't recommend Peartree highly enough. Brooks and Jim provided daily progress updates and sent photos so we could see exactly how everything was coming along. This level of transparency made all the difference, especially since we were managing the renovation remotely. Whenever we had questions or concerns, Jim and Brooks addressed them promptly and professionally. Remote renovations (this one included partially removing a wall) can be stressful and full of unknowns, but working with Peartree eliminated so much of that anxiety. The project was completed on time and within budget – something that seems rare in the renovation world! We are very satisfied with the transformation.

David took on quite a challenge - building a rear porch on an elevated island house, in the midst of unavoidable delays caused by the pandemic. The end result was superb - great design, impeccable workmanship, and online progress reports (It's a second house). David even helped to design a stairway and enclosed shelter at ground level for my small dogs. Highly recommended.
