One star is too many. Worst experience! Terrible from start to finish & still has to call another company to get the job done. Save yourself the time , money & headache call ANYONE else.
Do not recommend this company, upstate of SC part especially. Poor management, they take the “easy way out” to get more houses done instead of taking time to make sure it’s done right.
It was a challenge initially to get ahold of someone but once I did the team was exceptional.
Joann was quick to help me set up an appointment. Her customer service is wonderful.
The technicians, Anthony and Steve, were efficient, kind, and professional. I am extremely appreciative that they came out to fix the electrical issue I had.
