Dr. Cobb and the entire team here has got to be some of the least helpful, disrespectful, unproductive people I have ever come across in my life. It took over 20 days to get a PRESCRIBED MEDICATION because they lied about sending it in for pre-authorization for 2 weeks straight after my intial appointment! They also claim it may take them “days” to contact the IN HOUSE DOCTOR (Dr. Cobb). I wouldn’t even bother attempting to go here unless you’re wanting to leave angry!!! And without your medication filled!!!!!

Poor bedside manner and faulty billing practices! After Dr. Thompson left this place went down hill! Watch your bill and what your charged for co-pays. Billing for services not rendered and having to make multiple calls shouldn't be something you have to worry about as a patient.

I was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Trying to deal with that. Needed a primary care doctor. Called around. Call palmetto. Told me it was $160 for first visit and $109 for future visit. Seemed ok. They didn't really do anything since they did have my labs from trident. Prescribed meds that I needed and I payed my $160. 30 days later billed for another $85. Got run around from affinity services. Finally spoke with some in local office. Let me just say. Rude! Uncaring!she had a "pay it or else" mentality. Canceled future services from them.
