I had a pluming emergency after hours on a week night & was lucky enough to get Jonathan to take care of my issue. He was at the house in under an hour, and was polite & courtesy throughout the repair. He also followed up when he said he would. I highly recommend Jonathan!
Lee came out the next morning after I called, diagnosed, estimated, fixed, and cleaned up (the bathroom is cleaner than when he arrived) within 2 hours. Our issue was resolved so quickly and well, we are so pleased. Thank you Mr. Rooter and thank you Lee!
Lee Steitz is the best and who I request when I need plumbing help. He is so kind, professional and helpful. This past time he was at my house and did not leave until he discovered a second hot water heater I didn’t even know we had….saving us thousands of dollars searching for the problem elsewhere.
