Chris Aldrin performed the inspection on our property. He was meticulous in his inspection and pointed out several areas of concern that needed to considered and in several cases, needed to be addressed by the owner. He took the time to point out those area directly, while we were present, and allowed ample time to respond to our questions. His report was accompanied by numerous photos which highlighted areas to be considered and his written report was clearly written and easily understood.
