I would highly recommend Cardinal home inspection. They did such a thorough job and provided a detailed report with color pictures to show homeowner what needs doing before settlement. They were spot on, friendly, fast to complete and affordable. Five star!

Chad did an excellent job on inspecting my new home for purchase. He thoroughly explained all of his findings, in a manner that was easy to understand. The report, which I received in less the very next day, included valuable information to help me navigate the working parts of my new home.
