Cardinal Home Inspection did an excellent job on our recent home inspection. The inspector was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to carefully review all aspects of the property.
One feature I especially appreciated was the repair summary list provided at the rear of the report. It made it very easy to prioritize items and understand the overall condition of the home without having to sort through the entire report repeatedly.
Another thing that stood out was his willingness to answer questions even after the inspection was completed. That level of customer service and professionalism was very reassuring during the home-buying process.
