The communication is terrible! The CRM and website have been down since 2AM. Not an email or call from anyone to explain whats happening. This is a loss of revenue and my buyers agents have been unable to call clients all day. There is no telling how many buyers that tried to visit my website but were unable to browse homes on my boomtown website. I am very unhappy with this service. They truly do not care about their long time high paying customers $3000 per month for what???Nobody ever reaches out, once you commit to the service thats it... Boomtown is too expensive. You are locked into a one year contract without the ability for a trial to see if it works for you and your business. Bad numbers from leads and you are held hostage to work this program 24/7. After a few conversations with the guy who set me up, I recieved NO response from my emails, texts or call. I am so unhappy, I decided to go back to my former System and just buy out my contract. Big mistake .

nice try!! this is a unclaimed site to write a review but jokes on you. i have written 10 reviews today. boomtown roi is scam real estate brokers. they promised leads but lie on the number and quality of the leads. they charge you around 1,200 dollars a month. they also have a cancellation policy that states you have to tell them 1 month before you leave. do not use this site, do not tell your friends about this site!!! it's only 1 star because they isn't a zero star available!!! if you want to know more contact me on my email address ([email protected]).
