I can not express enough how satisfied we are with the work done by Jordan McLaughlinfrom Neighborhood Plumber Company. I needed someone the same day and he was able to come that same day. Our bathroom sink needed to be repaired as it had a leak at the shut off valve. When he came to our home he explained to me in detail what he was going to do and as well as why. I also needed to have a faucet installed and he said he could do it too. Our home is on well so I walked him to the well to turn the water off so he could fix the faucet. Wonderful service!!!!! The only company to answer my call, walk me through steps until he arrived, efficient, attentive, explained everything to me, and more!!!!! I really appreciate how Jordan calmed me down because I was freaking out and water was everywhere. The best hands down!!!!
Jordan was outstanding, quick and professional. We had an after hour emergency when we called we got a real person (which doesn’t happen anymore) . After getting some information he was on site 20 mins later . He gave me a price and that is what it was . It was an extremely fair price . I highly recommend him and his company .
