Preston is very thorough, attentive, and professional. He's the only one that have been able to keep our most pesty issues at bay. His detailed spraying application eliminated the repetitive occurrences of wasps in our outdoor living area. Before Preston, my family and guests had to fight off all the wasps that had infested the area. Thank you Preston for all that you do.
I have been using these guys for quite some time and they are excellent. They’ve always been on time and gone out of their way to make me happy and their service technician Ty Heard goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done professionally and that I understand every bit of what is going on. First off, if you don't have pest control and you're looking for pest control please call Mountaineer Pest Services! It wouldn't let me write a new review so I'm not sure about Michael the technician anymore but what I do know is... I was worried about paying my bill in full today because honestly do I even need to elaborate on the way things are right now... & instead of treating me like I was a terrible person I was comforted and told not to ever worry about not being able to pay in full & they would always be able to work out some kind of payment plan with me.
