I've tried meditating at home using YouTube to no avail. Meanwhile the noisy instagram aunties noticed my searches and sent me to Kelly Harvey. I joined Kelly and several other like minded people for an afternoon celebrating the equinox. We set our intentions, sipped tea, journaled, and enjoyed a very relaxing sound bath. It was just what I needed and excited for my back to school race to slow so I can join again for a tuneup. I now find myself listening to a variety of sound baths or singing bowls on YouTube when I feel stressed or want/need the sound to help with meditation. In a stressful world, the more tools that one can add to our mental health toolbox the better. Group Suggestions: Going with a group can be fun but remember that you're joining this event to center yourself. Solo Suggestions: Enjoy tuning into yourself.
