I would like to take a moment to thank the team at CoolRay for the professional service they provided yesterday. From start to finish the team at CoolRay provided me with excellent customer service and everything they promised me was delivered exactly on time. Alan is a man of integrity and stands behind his business. His office staff Emily and Brittany were very professional in the way the spoke with me every time. Kevin and Josh the mechanical pro's provide the onsite experience to make our system work the way it should (which it does now). I just don't know what else you could ask for from a company. I had 3 estimates for an upstairs and downstairs unit, CoolRay was by far the best cost effective option for us! I have referred family and friends for their services and all are very happy they went with CoolRay. From the gals in the office to the guys in the field, simply the best. Called the office to get us an appointment and they were able to come out and diagnose the problem the same day. Dillen came back out to install the new suggested part and it’s working like new again. Very responsive and professional company! We won’t use anyone else!!Service: A/C system repair
