Excellent communication, fair pricing and quality work. I recently had my cast iron plumbing replaced with PVC and all went well, including a difficult area under one of my tubs - all aspects of the job, including possible unknowns that could affect price, were communicated to me as soon as they were discovered. I know that with work like this, that's not always possible to know ahead of time, and I was very appreciative of knowing what it could turn into before I was stuck with a bill. It ended up not being an issue and I spent less than I thought I would need to, which is always great! Very happy with the work that was done, and highly recommend!
As first time home buyers we knew there would be a day that something went wrong and we would need an expert. Well that day came when our shower faucet started leaking upstairs. We knew it was time to find an experienced plumber who was not making a guess at the situation just to have a sell. We did not want a corporate business because generally that is what happens. After research and reading reviews we contacted Busbee’s plumbing and in less than an hour Mr Busbee him self was at the house to evaluate the situation.
