Dr.Cook and his staff are very personable, always welcoming, and very efficient in their interactions with patients. I have only waited a very few minutes each time, but that's because I try to arrive a little early so as not to delay appointments. Dr. Cook is very focused on patients' needs and progress since their last appt., and he does not delay in addressing their current needs.He is very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and an obvious "take care of business" type of doctor. Wonderful practice!!

Very personable staff and always little or no wait. Dr. Cook is such a professional and caring doctor. Explains all options involving your care. Great listener and overall a wonderful office to be associated with. Dr. Cook is a real class act. See you in October!!

The staff is friendly and professional. The wait times are very short but Dr Cook made sure I left with no unanswered questions.The office is clean and well maintained.From consultation thru surgery and follow up; I could not be more pleased.
