I have worked many times over my 20 years in business dealing with staffing companies and also having one of my own in another city — had such poor customer service and never have I spoken with any team at MAU that has handled people in this manner. The on-site staff in Newberry SC and the lack of professionalism that they have is absolutely deplorable! There is no sense of urgency to provide any documents that you need. they are very rude, They don’t know how to speak to people, And when they are called out on how they behave, they choose to disconnect the call, and I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with them and I truly mean that, sincerely. terrible ! I moved away and let them know I was moving and now I cant apply to any Mau and I moved to Charleston SC from Newberry SC, I called them with concern and the lady gone tell me at Samsung its nothing she can do about it and wont let me speak to anyone else regarding my issue. I'm not eligible anymore because I moved away during my probation but I was going to work for Mau again once I got settled.
