We are so pleased with the great customer service this office provides. We drive many miles for Dr Sam's expertise in eye care, and the care his staff takes to make sure our prescription eyeglasses are correct the first time! They go above and beyond to work with us. We are blessed to know them and are so thankful to have found them a few years back!
Dr. Johansen and his staff are wonderful. My daughter and I both had a great experience. They took time to address my concerns and made me feel very comfortable since I hadn't had an eye exam in quite a while. My daughter has been in glasses for years but she was very impressed with their service as well as the selection of frames. She is loving her new glasses!
Dr. Johansen is very Professional. He takes his time on the exams and address any issues and concerns that you have. He also alerted me that my blood pressure was up and I was able to make an appointment with my PCP.
