Palm Beach Tan is a beauty, tanning, and wellness salon known for its cutting-edge sunbed and spray tanning solutions, as well as state-of-the-art wellness services like red light therapy. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and the clean environment. One employee, Bernie, stands out for her exceptional customer service, often remembered by name and praised for her informative and helpful nature. Many believe she deserves a management position due to her dedication and positive interactions with clients.
While the overall experience is positive, some challenges have been noted, including staffing issues that lead to temporary closures and a malfunctioning dryer that has been problematic for over a year. Despite these concerns, the staff, including Kassandra, has been recognized for creating enjoyable experiences, with clients feeling valued and pampered. Overall, Palm Beach Tan offers a welcoming atmosphere and quality tanning services, making it a popular choice for beauty and wellness needs.
I have been a member since day one at this PBT location. The salon is immaculate. The staff are very personable, friendly and knowledgeable in all respects. I adore Bernie. She is so down to earth and so relatable and of course knowledgeable of all that PBT has to offer. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Love my PBT!
Giving 5 stars for Bernadette. Came in for my daughter to get a spray tan and she was phenomenal I love meeting fun and amazing people who truly love their job. You can tell she cares about the people. I will be continuing service for my daughter and will most likely get a membership myself.
I wanted to share one of the many wonderful experiences that I have had with Bernie, one of the nicest most pleasant people you will ever meet. She is always so friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about tanning safety. PBT is very lucky to have Bernie working for them! This world could use more people like Bernie in it.
