We hired Dean to perform an inspection ahead of our upcoming one-year warranty meeting with our home builder, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dean communicated clearly about the services he would provide and the cost involved. After completing the inspection, he thoroughly reviewed the issues he found with us, and his detailed report was delivered by email that same evening. Dean identified several problems we were completely unaware of, making the inspection well worth the investment. He even texted us with his thoughts on an issue he found a few days later! We highly recommend his services!
