McCann Home Inspection is a highly recommended home inspection service. The company's experienced and professional inspectors, such as Dean, provide comprehensive and detailed reports, including a well-organized summary of relevant findings. They are known for their helpful on-site walkthroughs, where they patiently answer clients' questions and explain their observations in person.
Worth every penny. The inspection was professional and efficient. He uncovered main items that would have slipped through without correction by the builder and we would have been stuck with the bill. I recommend anyone considering the sale or purchase of an existing home or new construction to have Dean inspect it.
If you are in need of a Home Inspection this is the man you want. He pays attention to detail taking the time to make sure he has not only addressed your concerns but digs deeper as if it was his own. Also very well versed in all aspects giving you confidence and helping to educate you thru the process so that you are prepared to handle future dealings with your Builder or other Entity to make sure any defects found are addressed. His fees are fair and not exorbitant would definitely call him again if the need arises.
Dean was very thorough and methodical when inspecting the house. No stone was left unturned. He is extremely knowledgeable, and the inspection revealed many things I would never have thought of or noticed until real damage had occurred.
With this being a newly constructed home, I now have the facts I need to hold the builder accountable for warranty items.
