Mike is incredible—he works nonstop to make sure everything gets done, and even during the busy season, they usually offer same-day service and have units in stock. We really like Mike and Natalie who made our new AC combo install painless. There were some hurdles we had to endure but not because of them...they were great. It takes a lot to go up into a 127 degree attic and try and work. I was up there a few times in the attic, Mike was showing me the workings of what is going to be beneficial for our needs. They rerouted duct work, ran both the new low voltage wires from exterior unit to attic unit. They also ran new copper tubing, which had way better insulation than previous junk, also from exterior unit to attic unit. My AC wasn’t cooling ? Michael and Natalie were at my place within the hour to assess the situation. 100% pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. They are the first ones I will call if I ever have issues in the future. AC is back to running again!
