    Aspen Dental Surfside from receptionist to nurses, doctors and check out were very helpful. Everyone was pleasant and answered all my questions with complete explanations so that I was able to understand. Will continue to have Aspen Dental for all my dental needs

    My experience was excellent! The entire staff was wonderful. My only complaint was waiting but it was explained that there were unexpected absences. I understood completely and thanked them for their honesty.

    My visit with the periodontal technician went great! However, my interaction with the office staff did not. I arrived 15 minutes early. There was no one at the front desk but there was a sign saying please sign in. However, there was no sign in sheet and no pen. No one said anything until one gentleman said two minutes before my appointment was due to begin that he would get to me in a moment, except he didn’t. Seven minutes after my appointment should’ve started, I stood up to walk in to see if the periodontal technician knew I was there, and the gentleman said he already signed me in. I don’t understand where the miscommunication was…
