I was caught in a predicament. I had to get military creases applied to multiple uniforms by the next day. I called all around Conway and nobody could get it done by the next day.I called Quality Cleaners & Alterations. I was on the phone with Ben Hodges.He explained to me if I could bring in my uniform soon he could have it done by today.Mr. Hodges greeted me at the front desk with the utmost respectful, kind, understanding and professional demeanor.As I walked back to my car, after dropping off my uniforms, to plan my day around picking them back up. Took prom dress out of the bag and was more wrinkled than we thought so Was in a hurry to get prom dress pressed at the last minute Called Quality cleaners and spoke with the owner who was exceptionally nice and they got it done for us within just a few mins Very nice experience and excellent service
