Spoke to Mr Whitlock for a last minute frame repair, he took his time and explained the entire process prior to the fix and what would be done and how this process has changed for glasses manufacturers. Very in depth knowledge and expertise with professional service. Highly recommend and will certainly come back.

I was on vacation and deeply scratched one of my lenses. I got my Rx to the Whitlocks and I had a new lens the next day, in time to see clearly for the long drive home. Great service!
