I came in so late and Ken truly gave me such a warm welcome! I got builder gel with almond shaping. Some of the best nails I’ve ever gotten! He took his time, I never felt rushed. And they were playing “deal or no deal” on the TV!! I am so happy I’ve found my place!
Top Nails is my favorite place in Charleston to get a manicure, pedicure (with massage) and relax in their massaging chairs. The entire staff at Top Nails are friendly, welcoming and offer a great experience. I just saw Chloe and Bin for a mani-pedi before a business trip. I got my nails done by Ken (i think that was his name) on Wednesday, July 15. He was so nice and the shape and colors of my nails are perfect! However, after looking at them longer, it looks like either the tips that were put on and/or the fact that there was little to no nail maintenance done beforehand (like pushing the cuticles back) wasn’t done at all. Two days in, it shouldn’t look like I got my nails done over 10 days ago. I’m not someone that gets my nails done often so to pay over $100 and not be 100% satisfied is a bit disappointing :/
