Had the great opportunity of meeting Rob today, what a guy. My new car had just been sideswiped and I was panicked. But once Rob took a look at it he dropped everything and buffed it right out. He literally saved the day for me. That’s a textbook way to run a business successfully, and I can tell he really cares about his customer. 10/10 experience, and any further detailing/ paint needs I have, I will be going to Rob.

I called three other businesses, left messages and never got a call back. Called Tier 1 and after four rings Rob answered. Explained what I was looking for, got a quote and made an appointment. Upon arriving the level of professionalism and communication in my opinion was unmatched. Not only did his team make my Mazda CX5 look amazing we setup further follow ups. One hundred percent worth the investment!
