The Works Mt. Pleasant is a community-driven yoga studio that offers a welcoming atmosphere with wonderful teachers, chill vibes, and good music. The studio features nice shower areas and perfect lighting, including natural light from the windows. It provides a variety of class offerings and top-notch instructors to help students feel empowered and strong. The studio is often packed, but some customers don't mind the "sardine can setup." The 45 sculpt express class is a favorite, with customers reporting a great sweat from the heat, bands, and weights. Customers have found the classes to be a "game changer" for strengthening their bodies and minds, with positive impacts on their overall well-being. The experience at The Works has been described as "powerful" and "worth trying out," even with the risk of getting "hooked" on the classes.
No other workout place in town does what The Works does! The classes are always giving me a great variety and the heart works keeps me coming back again and again. I started at The Works recovering from injuries and loved that I was able to modify to make it suit my needs.
The Works is not only my favorite place for my workout but the Community that has been created is like no other. The instructors are all encouraging, full of life and love. Everyone is welcomed with no judgement. Body work and mind work at its best!!
