Paul is an outstanding realtor! He helped my husband and I sell our rental property in Summerville SC with ease especially since we are from out of town. We never had to go down to Summerville to do anything to sell the property even for the closing. Mostly all the paperwork was done from the computer (with the exception of sending papers to the lawyers office). He took care of everything from contacting the rental company and tenants to scheduling and overlooking any repairs. He answered all our questions and concerns with great professionalism. Paul is very easy to talk to and simplified all the real estate/legal documents. He always kept in contact with us. He is a very thoughtful and considerate person. He made the tenants (living at the property) feel very comfortable during the selling process. He reassured them he would always get permission for potential buyers to view the property. Paul worked very hard to make sure my husband and I were happy with the process and the sale price (we got our asking price of course!). I recently partnered with Paul in the sale of one of his listings. Paul from start to finish was professional, energetic, hard working, organized, and a pleasure to work with during the entire process. Paul was always a delight and even brought a pizza to the closing table so everyone could celebrate. What FUN! A great agent I hope to work with again soon!!

From the start until closing, and even after closing, Paul did an excellent job at handling everything in a timely and professional manor. This home was my first home and Paul made the whole process as easy and painless as possible to me. He always had my best interests as a buyer at heart.
