My experience at Southern String Supply was amazing from start to finish. Great bow re-hairs, friendly staff and great quality instruments and repairs. Hands down the best around! We use Southern for all of our school instruments, repairs, supplies and I come to them for all of my professional violin needs. Highly recommended.
It took a bit longer than originally quoted for my sax repairs. My horn was also covered in fingerprints when I got it back. But the pre-work estimate was on point, the staff was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. I think I worked with Erin and she is a sweetheart.
