I was very happy to find this salon after moving her recently. Jennifer is great and her shop is so clean and pleasant. She does a wonderful haircut. Unfortunately, after my second visit yesterday I don't think I can return in the future due to one of her stylists - Gavin. My husband and I went yesterday for much needed haircuts. We were unsure due to COVID but I trusted Jennifer since she her shop is all about healthy and organic. When we arrived, all the stylists except for Gavin were wearing masks as we were. Jennifer had not yet arrived. We told Gavin we would have to to go because masks are important to us. He replied "whatever makes you comfortable ". As we were leaving Jennifer arrived and asked Gavin to put on a mask. He declined and said he would stay outside. After our haircuts began, he came back inside. No mask. He paraded back and forth around the shop coming close to us. I found his behavior very to be very disrespectful. Keeping in mind that masks are not to protect ones self but others it is very rude not to wear one when requested by customers. If Gavin does not want to wear masks in public that is his right. But, when serving the public, and especially when asked to do so, he should wear a mask. I wish Jennifer the best and will be sad not to return. If you have no concerns about COVID, or extremely rude people like Gavin, I recommend Salon Indigo.
