my experience was absolutely amazing! i was greeted at the door with a smile and i didn't have to wait in the lobby for long. Mrs. Jasmine the sweetest lady i know did my nails just to my liking while also engaging in conversation and offering me complimentary drinks. i got exactly what i asked for without any issues.
