I’ve had great experiences here at After Hours up until this last visit. Unfortunately, the doctor on call tonight repeatedly scolded me about my son’s delayed vaccination schedule. I explained our situation and even asked her multiple times to stop, but she continued. The conversation felt harassing and unprofessional, and it made an already stressful situation much worse.
I expect respectful, supportive communication from medical providers, even when there are differences in opinion“
