My son had been ill for nearly a week when it quickly came to a head. He began having respiratory issues, so we hurried to the nearest urgent care. Despite arriving as they were closing, they rushed him back to be seen. The room was fully staffed, and they immediately began a complete workup. They asked all the right questions while calmly and kindly explaining each test and procedure so as not to cause further anxiety. Having been a former healthcare provider, I'm particular when it comes to medical treatment. Awesome experience when we took our 6 month old in when they came down with a sickness. Everyone was friendly, professional, and quick to assist/provide care. I absolutely would take my little one back there if the need should arise while we are visiting the area. Thank you for a great experience and putting our mind at ease by providing great care to our little one!
We always get exceptional care here! I am very impressed by the diligence of staff, doctors and nurses. And it is easy to get seen and get a worrisome situation treated. Thanks for all you do!!!
