I highly recommend Schrader for her massages! I found her a few years ago when suffering from neck and shoulder pain. She customizes each massage experience with what you need in your body. Many times I’ve gone in a mess and come out feeling 💯% back to normal. The location is perfect and the space so inviting, you will love her massage services! Thank you again Schrader!

Schrader always takes the time to address my problem areas. Her space is quiet, relaxing and inviting. The table is very comfortable and I always feel relaxed and refreshed after my massage.

I have been seeing Shrader for massage therapy for no less than a decade, and no one else! Simply put, Shrader is a healer. She is an experienced professional therapist, who is strong and intuitive. I don’t always ask her to focus on a specific muscle group, but she always manages to find the tight spots! She has helped me through some very painful muscular issues. Her wellness space is clean, quiet and thoughtful, the perfect place to relax. Whenever I leave Shrader’s studio, I always feel restored:)
