Would have given a 10 Star review if I could have! First, I want to back up and share there was a problem on timing getting the gift card sent to the person, my sis who gave it to me, My sis! It was graciously handled and it happened and I received the gift card on time for Christmas.
Secondly, and WOW so impressively there was a mix-up in my part in ordering. What a mess! However, LAUREN, the store manager took several extra steps in researching my mistake. 2 phone calls and lots of time on her part made it happen! Lauren was so personable and thoughtful! She is exceptional!
Lauren at Megan Molten is simply amazing! If you are in need of help styling your space or choosing wallpaper to flow with the vibe of your home, I highly recommend Lauren. She is kind, creative and an excellent designer. You won’t be disappointed! Lauren will help transform your space beautifully. She is an absolute joy to work with and you will love the end result!
It’s rare to find a business owner who is personally involved enough to ensure the customer is happy and Megan does just that. I’ve had an issue with getting an order filled that was placed several months ago. When it caught Megan’s attention she personally reached out to apologize for the delay and to resolve the issue. Not only has she since refunded my money, but also offered to send the items at no charge as soon as they reach her shop, which I really do appreciate. It makes it all that much more worth the wait.
