They say (I don't really know who "they" is but...) "word of mouth is the BEST advertisement" so, from my mouth to your ears, this office is THE best!!! Professional, yet personable, not a stuffy run-of-the mill medical office, but rather an everyday normal atmosphere with emphasis on what your needs are with cleanliness, organization and patients first attitudes! LOVED it!
I had an excellent appointment today! It started with a warm and friendly greeting from Kristina while I was checking in. Then Kelsey took me back to get me ready for the doctor. She was so kind, patient, and understanding because I do not do well when getting my eye pressure checked.
I was then seen by Dr. Baley, who was wonderful. She is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything in a way that I can easily understand.
After my exam, Erin helped me pick out glasses. I was struggling to find a pair that looked good on me, but they were all so helpful and patient. They have such a large selection that I honestly wanted a pair in every shape and color!
