Our pool has had multiple issues over the years. They are usually pretty good about fixing the issues but after so many problems I feel something is wrong with our pool. I called in to get our chiller working this summer and now it’s October and chiller hasn’t work all summer, heater doesn’t work either and now is like to use that , I haven’t been able to use the online feature for months and they are saying I need an $800 router. Something is leaking into our pool and after many filter breakdowns it’s still not resolved. Management came to my house Monday to look into it and now it’s Friday and never heard a thing. I really wish I could use my pool/ hot tub this weekend.

I have been asking for a pool house quote since October. At that time, I was told they are booked until December. I wanted until January to get an update. January 11th, I email and called. This time I was told boss is out of town and they will call me next week. Well it's January 31st. Just say you don't want the job and stop wasting peoples time.
