I cannot say enough about Shelly and her crew! I called after our barber found lice in my son’s hair. Lice Beware squeezed us in for an appointment. They immediately put me at ease as soon as I walked in the door. They got right to work treating my son and my daughter. They had DVD players for the kids to keep them distracted while they were being treated. All the staff was so knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to me. I was sent home with a follow up treatment plan and an appointment to come back for a recheck. I left feeling at ease and really empowered with how to prevent lice in the future. I tried everything at home to get rid of lice. Multiple treatments, endless combing but nothing worked, and the frustration was overwhelming. After weeks of battling it alone, I finally walked into Lice Beware, desperate for a real solution. Their professional treatment was fast, thorough and completely effective. Shelly was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. I am OCD and finding out my kid has lice almost sent me over. She helped through the entire process. Truly amazing. I can't thank her enough.
