I have had a completely different experience than a lot of these comments! They have always had all my clothes cleaned and ready on time. They have gone out of their way to rush jobs for me. I have had bad experiences with a lot of other cleaners in the area, but KB has been outstanding for me. Great customer service! I believe they do the cleaning on-site as well.
