They responded to our emergency within an hour, solved or AC problem shortly thereafter and even followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was okay and we were satisfied. I was having an issue with my unit cooling my FROG. I called JAC and they got me scheduled 1st thing the following day. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and efficient. Most importantly they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. These are the guys I trust.
