This is the same as the one Downtown Charleston but much more convenient because parking for Radiology patients is right next to the main door, no walking, no parking ticket fee. They give you a passport with a bar code to check in so during the course of the treatment all you do is scan the pass and the personnel knows you are in the building so the process starts right away. Treatment is scheduled for the same time every day for the entire length of the process. Treatment itself takes a few minutes but the amount of radiation you get is far greater than that at the dentist so time spent at this facility is only about 15 minutes and you are on your way.Like all the other MUSC facilities that are directly related to cancer the personnel working here have an incredible positive attitude and the care and compassion they shine on you make the process go smoothly. Will be coming here daily for wife's treatment for the next few weeks
