Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa offers high-quality massage and facial services at affordable prices, making the soothing experience accessible to more people. The spa is open seven days a week with extended hours to accommodate customers' busy schedules.
While the majority of reviews praise the spa's services and staff, one customer had a less than satisfactory experience. The customer arrived for a scheduled 50-minute couples massage but was only given a 30-minute session. The staff did not effectively communicate the reduced service time, leading to the customer feeling frustrated and stressed. However, the manager addressed the issue and promised to improve communication and service execution.
Overall, the spa receives positive feedback, with one customer describing it as the "best spa" they have ever been to. The staff is praised for being polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products and services. Customers particularly highlight the expertise of the staff, such as Olivia, who is commended for her skincare knowledge and ability to provide great results.
Haven’t had a facial in over 2 years and booked with Natalie. She maintained good pressure, has a great personality and checked up on me throughout the session. She let me know and described what she was going to use on my face each time so it made me feel assured. Will definitely be back!
WOW!! Words truly cannot express how amazing my massage experience with Kimberlie (Kim) has been! She is so attentive to what your body needs and always knows exactly how much pressure to use. Every time I leave my massage, I can immediately tell a night and day difference in how my body feels. I HIGHLY recommend booking with her, you will not be disappointed! Also, a huge shoutout to Kristen (Kris) at the front desk for always creating such a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The entire experience is truly unmatched! Best experience, hands down!!!
Angelina is incredible, my skin is always glowing after! She is incredibly skilled and talented at what she does and I don’t trust anyone else. All the front desk staff are informative and welcoming! Nowhere else I would go for my monthly facials!!
