I have been coming to Great Clips for years, and I tried the location in Mt Pleasant Town Center and Ty cut my hair. She is fantastic! Really happy with the cut itself, but I was happy that she took her time and used scissors(per my request in Clip notes)...there have been many times that I have felt the cut was rushed and very quick using mostly clippers. She was super friendly and made me feel welcome. I will definitely be going back to Town Center and visiting Ty!!
I came in after a haircut the previous day at a different barber that didn’t turn out quite right. It felt uneven and not as short as I wanted, and when I tried to fix it myself at home, I unfortunately made things much worse.
Lee was able to quickly assess what had happened and worked her magic to even everything out. By the time she finished, my hair finally looked the way it should have after the first cut. I honestly didn’t think it could be salvaged, but she made it look great.

Ty at Great Clips in Mt. Pleasant Town Center does a fabulous job; today was my third or fourth cut with her. When she asks what you'd like done and you respond, she listens! She is extremely talented, professional, and personable. Her cuts are every bit as good if not better than those I have gotten at pricier salons.
