Dr. Germain has been taking care of my family for years. I trust my face with her and feel confident that she wants me to look and feel my best. If you have an issue she will get to the bottom of it and you will like the results. Her staff has done a great job with my teenager and boosting confidence at such a critical age. She takes the time to test her products as well and makes sure each part of my daily routine is appropriate for me.

The doctors and staff are the most professional, Dr. Mulkey is a brilliant dermatologist and Louisa has a special place in my heart.. I can’t thank them enough for taking good care of me over the years, I love them all!

Great experience! I received the Hydrafacial from Chloe (purchased during Germain’s annual sparkle party at a discount). Chloe and the receptionist were both super friendly. I loved how knowledgeable Chloe was and she kept me posted during the whole procedure.For the Hydrafacial, I received 4 different treatments - 1) cleansing 2) 15% glycolic serum that breaks down skin cells and exfoliates (very mild tingles) 3) painless extractions with a vacuum-like tool 4) hydration. I also LOVED that Chloe did manual extractions for anything the tool might have missed. She then applied a few products like blemish cream and SPF. I left with my skin glowing!
