As first-time homebuyers new to the area and currently living out of state while we renovate our 1960s home, we could not have asked for a better experience than working with Flooring Factory. Very good service and installation quality. No waiting on installation and follow-up. They installed wood floors on my entire second floor and refinishing my first floor. Highly recommend them.
