We use flooring factory to change our floors and they were fantastic to work with. There were some hiccups that were not their fault at all, and they handled them very professionally. We would use them again for sure.
The crew from the Goose Creek location did an amazing job putting our house back together after a flood. We are so happy we chose to go with them for the project. Everything they did from Drywall, Plumbing, Painting, and Floor Installation was done professionally and with great attention to detail. We highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects. We love our new floor !
I can’t recommend this company enough! From the moment Wander came in to get measurements to the time the project was finished they are top notch! Customer satisfaction and service is their top priority and it shows from start to finish. Wander was personable and even interacted with our nosy dogs 🤣 unlike other companies. Time came to head to the showroom/office to pick out the tiles we wanted where Julie and Nico answered our 5,000 questions and remained patient the entire time not getting frustrated with any of it, these two were wonderful! They gave us a final estimate in store which is exactly what it ended up being, no “oh we forgot this or forgot that”. The demolition/installation crew had our job done in exactly one week and the floors look fantastic. They also came out and fixed any and all imperfections that we found. Emily the project manager communicated so well throughout duration of the project and made sure we were happy with the final product! We are 100% happy and will be using them for future projects as well! Thank you thank you thank you!
