Great customer service from Jacoby and Tom, such friendly people! It had been too long since I last washed my car and they were happy to let me run it through again to ensure it was extra clean. Will be back!!

Can’t say enough good things about the customer service from James and Jacoby. My 4 year old was helping me vacuum my car last week and I realized my car key was missing shortly after. They went above and beyond helping me search for the key. Emptying canisters, looking in trash cans, bushes, etc. to help me find it. Ultimately they found it 5 days later and contacted me that they had found it. Blown away by the customer service and genuine kindness I was shown. Highly recommend!

Background: I hate auto washes, too many uncontrolled variables. This one’s not bad relatively similar wash quality over time. I usually go here and just pay for a single wash because the vacuums here have objectively the best suction in town and people will leave you alone.
Today:
Jakobi (goat btw) convinced me that I needed the membership. Idk why but knowing that I can basically wash my car as much as I want (I do a lot of highway miles) is comforting. Giving the 29.00 membership a try for the next few months to see if it’s actually worth it. Plus the interior and window sprays and actual microfibers in the “detail stations” are a nice touch.
