I was visiting Isle of Palm for vacation and found this studio to attend. This was by far one of my favorite classes that I have taken. Both instructors (Lois and Lauren) could not have been more welcoming. I felt so comfortable for being a beginner and was able to follow along and feel the burn!! If you are a tourist, looking for a great workout while on vacation, I highly recommend Exhale. I will be back next year!
I have been going to Exhale for over a year. I appreciate the price point, the number of classes, and the excellent teachers. I am not afraid or hurting myself and am always given options for modifying. I have really enjoyed Jean’s classes as she makes every minute count, stays focused on the class instruction, always mixes it up. I would say she is a master instructor. And I have not been to many other classes to attest to others. But never had a bad class when I do.
I love this pilates studio. It is fun, challenging, and a welcoming/friendly environment. I started about 2 years ago, and feel stronger because of my commitment to going once a week.
