All of the staff are fantastic!! Starting with the always warm and professional greeting at the front door! Scheduling is done well and is always helpful for changes. I feel valued as a customer and person when I come in. I have seen many therapists here over the years, as always you need the right fit but they seem to have great people all with different skills. Thanks for all you do, keep it up in 2026!!
This is my second time at Elements Massage in Mt. Pleasant and I always leave feeling renewed and refreshed. The receptionist always greets me with a smile and make sure I don't need anything additional before going in the back, ie. the bathroom (which I forget often). The front area and time before the appointment sets the mood and I feel like Elements is super intentional to make sure you are calm and ready. Lisa Howard was such a gem. She was very welcoming and just made me feel assured and ready for my massage. I've suffered with headaches from neck sholder and back pain for years, I've been to several different places for massages with no luck on a good deep tissue. Found this place and Chelsae is awesome! Best massages I've ever had!
