I was visiting family in the area and had my veneer pop up while eating dried mango! I was so surprised I was able to be seen within an hour of frantically calling for an urgent appointment. I will say I absolutely hate going to the dentist anywhere and this was by far one of if not the BEST experience I have ever had at any dentist office. They were efficient, polite, and the dentist had incredible bed side manner...very kind, warm, and thoughtful. A gentle experience and I left with a veneer repair in less than 30 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Anaan and his incredible team at East Cooper Smiles. While on vacation, I cracked a tooth and needed emergency dental work. I was extremely stressed and in pain, but Dr. Anaan personally called me back within the hour at 6:30 AM and found a way to squeeze me in that very same morning even though I was not a regular patient— absolutely above and beyond.
But it didn’t stop there. For my follow-up visit, I had to drive in from Charlotte, and Dr. Anaan actually came in on his day off, on a weekend, and with a torn hamstring just to make sure I was taken care of. That level of commitment and compassion is incredibly... read full review
Dr Annan and his team have always been terrific. I had an energy dental procedure today and, not only was it quick, the results were fantastic. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.
