I called Village Compute and told them that my PC would take 30+ minutes to start or not even start at all. He told me over the phone what the issue was, was able to take it in that same day and fix it all within the week for only $200 and didn’t even try upcharging me for any component I didn’t need (For reference other companies quoted me $1000 trying to upgrade pieces I knew I didn’t need). He even told me to go with the cheapest option because anything more than that would be overkill and that was all I needed which I can applaud in a world where everybody wants to sell you the most expensive thing. Computer wouldn’t turn on after a move and was able to get in same day to have it looked at. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly! Turned out to be a super simple fix and they charged me a very appropriate cost for the repair. Absolutely would recommend and will be going back anytime I have PC problems

Didn't know what to expect, but Village Computers was recommended to me by the IT Department of my university to repair my personal laptop. Wow, these guys, Matt & Cliff, who run the shop, were great, & I was very impressed. They are friendly; they listen to what you have to say; they figure the issue out right away. Then they go to work, & they fix it. They're flexible & easy to deal with. I was able to set up an appointment. I brought in the machine, & they worked on it immediately.
