When I hobbled into Harbor Wellness a few months ago, I was extremely skeptical and anxious about any supposed risks but also desperate enough to try anything. My mind was immediately put at ease by the wonderful staff and doctors within their practice, as well as the phenomenal results and pain relief I experienced after even just my first few visits. Any time I had questions or concerns I was able to text the office number and receive a response almost immediately after. I started going to Harbor Wellness because of the positive changes I've seen in my wife's posture and post-partum hip issues. It's been a short time, and I'm already feeling the strength returning in my shoulder and lower back. The level of care, the excellent staff, and the ambience are all top notch!
